Colorful Fiesta!

A longtime friend, aware of my love of Fiesta, recently gifted me a stunning and vibrant tablecloth accompanied by matching napkins and tea towels. She has a remarkable sense of style, as the tablecloth features many of the Fiesta hues, making me eager to set a table with it! The tablecloth is from Furbish and is crafted from high-quality cotton with multi-color banding around its edges. Furbish is renowned for its bright colors and playful needlepoint pillows.
When I looked at the cloth, it was difficult to decide which Fiesta plate colors to use. Over the years, Fiesta has produced 58 colors, and I have at least one piece in most of them. I plan to use this tablecloth on the kitchen island for parties; it measures at least 90 inches long.

The tablecloth features a variety of Fiesta colors and also includes shades from Bauer Pottery, which gave me the idea for creating a blend of Fiesta and Bauer on the table. I selected Fiesta Poppy, Lilac, Seamist, Sunflower, Lapis, and Scarlet for the plates and berry bowls.
The plate arrangement is straightforward, consisting of a dinner plate and a berry bowl placed on a woven placemat in sunny yellow, turquoise, and coral. Napkins are layered, with a matching one inside either an orange or green napkin, held together by a beaded napkin ring. Vintage Anchor Hocking striped glasses highlight the Fiesta colors. The silverware is my everyday Mikasa Harmony, complemented by Emma Bridgewater teaspoons with a playful polka dot design.

The centerpiece is a Seamist Fiesta presentation bowl filled with lemons, oranges, and a few jalapeños. Bauer candlesticks in Bauer Orange enhance the display. Bauer syrup pitchers in Bauer Orange and Bauer Turquoise add fun to the table. Bauer Pottery is currently having its annual seconds sale, offering fantastic deals. bauerpottery.com A set of Mexican skull salt and pepper shakers brings additional charm to the table. The soup tureen on the buffet is a Marigold Fiesta piece, created exclusively for Fiesta's 75th anniversary.

The Bauer turquoise resembles Fiesta Seamist, while the Aqua is similar to Fiesta Turquoise. They're the ideal size for serving syrup, BBQ sauce, or any pourable item at the table. My friend also gave me several vibrant table runners. I'm excited to use them!
