Double, double toil and trouble!

I had a great time arranging this table using Royal Stafford's "Witches Coven" tableware; the pattern is incredibly beautiful and detailed. To my surprise, I discovered I had two patterns—"Haunted House" or "1666 Haunted House Lane," featuring a front door with a witch in the window, and "Witches Gathering," depicting a coven of witches around a table. I love the ghosts peeking out of the window in the "Haunted House" pattern.

In line with the "witchy" theme, I request my fellow coven members to leave their brooms at the entrance!

The witches depicted in the picture above the fireplace would be delighted to gather at this table and celebrate the upcoming holiday!

The tablecloth is a recent addition to my Halloween collection. It's white with whimsical witches flying around, making it the ideal backdrop for this table setting. The runner is a spider webbed piece that I picked up at the Dollar Store. Occasionally, you find amazing items there!

The plate stack consists of a deep red charger (also from the Dollar Store), a Royal Stafford dinner plate, and two different crow plates layered on top. The flatware is the Treble Clef set from World Market, and the glass is a vintage polka dot piece that I adore using!

The first crow plate is a "Wicked Black Raven" from Ciroa, and the second one is also from Ciroa, called "Wicked Purple Crow and Pumpkin." The napkin is a simple white napkin with a bit of a crocheted hem and a plain black napkin ring.

The centerpiece is a new Fiesta medium vase in Scarlet that I purchased from the annual tent sale in Newell, WV, at the Fiesta factory. The color appears to be a bit muddier than traditional Scarlet, and I love it! In the vase are black roses and purple sparkly sticks. Alongside the vase is a murder of crows! And let's not forget the crows circling above the table.

If you look closely, you may notice a few crows sitting on the palm plant too!

On the buffet are two spooky trees with Patience Brewster witch ornaments on them and candles on Fiesta coasters in Poppy and Lemongrass.

Halloween isn't here yet, and I still have more table ideas, hopefully I have time to set another one or two before Halloween arrives!
